There are some, it is said, who know the cost of everything and the value of nothing. Perhaps, even worse, are those who do not understand the cost of everything in the first place.

At GardenEye we believe in knowing the cost and the value of everything we implement for you, and what's more we ensure that you do as well.

GardenEye operate with total financial transparency. We charge a pre-agreed fee for our consultancy work, if we project manage we charge a fee normally based on a percentage of the overall project cost.
We do not take a fee from, nor mark up any external costs.

After we have sourced and negotiated prices for the work, we pass all cost proposals to you for your agreement, in the original form of the contractors tender, and when you are satisfied with the work, the contractor will invoice you directly. This enables you to know, via GardenEye, that you are paying a fair price for all work. We believe that GardenEye can deliver substantial cost savings.
